Free Mechanization Support
Free Mechanization Support sector is undergoing a quiet but powerful transformation. With rising labor shortages, increasing production costs, and tighter harvesting windows, traditional farming methods are no longer enough. To address these challenges, the provincial government has introduced a large-scale mechanization financing initiative that allows farmers and agri-entrepreneurs to acquire modern agricultural machinery without paying any interest.
This initiative is designed to remove the biggest obstacle farmers face today: the high upfront cost of advanced equipment.

Why Mechanization Has Become a Necessity
Over the past few years, farmers across Punjab have struggled with delayed harvesting, crop losses, and dependence on seasonal labor. Manual methods slow down operations and often reduce overall yield quality. Mechanized farming, on the other hand, improves timing, accuracy, and efficiency at every stage from sowing to post-harvest handling.
By supporting machinery adoption, the government aims to protect crops, improve output, and stabilize farm incomes.

Rules Applicants Must Follow

- Machinery cannot be sold for five years
- Attendance in training programs is compulsory
- Authorities may conduct field inspections at any time
